The Joints Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) was given a benchmark of 180 and above for candidates applying for Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education following the scrapping out of post UTME by the federal government.
The University of Ilorin, UNILORIN POST UTME presently known as screening test exercise cut-off marks for 2021/2022 admission are out. These comprise UNILORIN’s general and departmental cut-off marks for the 2021/2022 academic session.

About UNILORIN
The University of Ilorin, also known (UNILORIN) is a federal government university or public higher institution located in Ilorin, capital of Kwara State, Nigeria and it is about500 km from Abuja, the federal capital Territory. The institution was established by a decree of the Federal Military Government in 1975, making it a federal government-owned tertiary institution of education. The institution’s landmass covering approximately 5000 hectares and it is among the largest in Nigeria.
200 foundation students were admitted into residence following an entrance examination, on Saturday, October 23, 1976, and academic activities commenced the following Monday, October 25, 1976, after the Principal’s maiden address at about 10.00am in the Africa Hall. The University College kick-started with three foundation Faculties namely: Arts, Science, and Education. Gradually, the Institution began to develop its programs in a way that not less than 60% of its effort was directed towards science-oriented programs alone.
Presently, the Main Campus houses the Faculties of Science, Communication and Information Sciences(CIS), Agriculture, Education, Law, Arts, Business and Social Sciences, Engineering & Technology, (including the completion of the new seven-story Senate Complex), Postgraduate School, the Unilorin Sugar Research Institute, the Main University Library, Computer Services and Information Technology (COMSIT), Conference Centre, Works Yard, Unilorin Resources Development and Management Board, Student Canteens, the newly completed 2,000 seats multipurpose Auditorium, and the Alumni/ Endowment Office.
On the other hand, the Mini-Campus houses the College of Health Sciences, a mini Library, the Institute of Education, Shopping Complex, Canteens, some of the Revenue-yielding projects which are under the URDMB such as the Unilorin Bookshop, Unilorin Computer Centre (Training Wing), The Printing Press, the Bakery, and the Guest Houses. Each Campus (both the mini-camps and the permanent campus) has a Health Centre, a Post Office, and Banking facilities.
