Going through the archives of NBS {National Bureau of Statistics} for the last released 10 states with the highest rate of unemployment in Nigeria.

Unemployment means state of being unemployed
According to study.com
Unemployment represents the number of people in the work force who want to work but do not have job.
The work force is made up of people who want to work {can work}, excluding retired, disabled and people who are able to work but not currently looking for job.
We initially made some little changes to the original list due to the disruption of peace constantly taking place in Borno and Yobe.
The States are:

09. Adamawa
08. Yobe
07. Edo
06. Jigawa
05. Nasarawa
04. Gombe
03. Niger
02. Bauchi
01. Zamfara
