The first step is to make sure you know the correct name of the person you wish to visit. The correct name is how the patient will be logged into the hospital.

Then you need to know the exact type of treatment or care that your loved one is receiving at the hospital. This is how you know exactly which ward your loved one is receiving care at the hospital.
