There are various departments in Bayero University, and after the conclusion of the post UTME screening exercise that will be organized by the management of the school a few months from now, each department will make known the cut-off mark a student must meet up to before they can admit the person.

Therefore, after the Jamb cut off mark has been known, sales of post UTME form will proceed (and the management will explain how to get the form, how much it costs, how to pay, how to register, the deadline, and so on). Almost immediately after the Post UTME screening exercise has been done, you will then see the departmental cut off mark, which will determine if your department of choice will admit you into the institution or not. It should be noted that this one is entirely different from the one set by Jamb, and it will come much later.

The process is straight forward and not complicated. It starts from visiting the Institution’s main website (http://mybuk.buk.edu.ng/bukdes2018/bukdes_login.php) and getting access to one’s portal via the Direct Entry no given to you.

Once that is done, the candidates can enter the programme they applied for and indicate their gender, before uploading a recent passport photograph. Please note that the passport photograph should not be less than 32kb.

Afterward, the candidate is to input necessary personal information about themselves, such as an email address, telephone number, contact address, next of kin, and so on and so forth.

Fresh students can update their profile with their phone number and valid email address and then generate and download the student information form.

Note that it is important for all students to pay the registration fees that is indicated on the BUK Personalized payment form (payment is made through the Remita platform). After doing all of these, to proceed with the registration, kindly generate, download and print the student payment receipt from your portal and register your courses when you want to.
