The main route for dispersing the fund is via its partners, and this will help to increase their experience and capabilities in order to achieve its goals.

One of the aims of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund is to focus on promoting entrepreneurship by improving access to finance, strengthening the institutional capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Also, it looks up to formulating policies that are designed to improve the business environment in the State.

Lagos State Employment Trust Fund Management

The policy was adopted in accordance with the global best practice that suggests that an organization should have a whistleblowing policy that is transparent to all stakeholders. Also, the Trust Fund is highly committed to a high standard of ethical, moral and legal business conduct.

It is important to know that the LSETF is an organization that doesn’t tolerate any form of commission or concealment of fraudulent, illegal and unethical acts including infraction of its business principle as well as other ethics-related policies of the Fund.
