FUTA Cut Off Mark 2020/2021 For All Courses {JAMB & Post UTME} – A lot of students who chose Futa as their first choice institution in Jamb are currently searching for the Federal University of Technology Akure, (FUTA) admission cut-off mark.
As we all should be aware, Jamb only started releasing scores a few days ago, meaning they still have some unfinished business. So, before candidates can begin to see cut off marks for their institution of choice, they must wait till everything is cool.
Therefore, since this is the case, this article will be about the ones used last year by the board. One of the reasons we are bold of this is because we know that the same thing is likely to be used in this session too.
FUTA Cut Off Mark 2020/2021 JAMB & Post UTME For All Courses
Federal University of Technology Akure Cut Off Mark 2020/2021 For JAMB is 180
Last year, after the whole Jamb brouhaha, it was publicly announced that students who made Federal University of Technology Akure their First Choice Institution in Jamb and were able to score a minimum of 180 are eligible for the post UTME screening exercise.
After the Jamb cut off mark has been agreed on, the next step is to wait for the announcement of the sales of the Institution’s post UTME form. At this point, candidates should be careful and vigilant not to fall victim to mischievous folks who will try to parade these as officials of the school, with the aim of scamming the majorly anxious students. Don’t pay to anyone’s personal account. Wait for the public announcement from the management of the school, and go ahead following the steps they gave.
It should also be noted that anyone that refused to participate in Futa’s post UTME screening exercise won’t be admitted into the school, irrespective of what he or she was able to score in Jamb.
Then, after the Post UTME screening exercise has been completed, the management of the institution will now release the departmental cut-off marks for the new session. The departmental cut off mark will then decide those coming in and don’t who won’t. Unfortunately, a lot of students would be sent back at this point.

Furthermore On FUTA Cut Off Mark 2020
Having seen your own course and department, you can then have an idea about what you should expect this year. And if you are quite observant, then you should see already that some courses have a higher cut off mark than others. This reason for that is diverse, but it is majorly based on the performance of the students as well as their number (I.e competitiveness).
While the Jamb cut off mark is usually the same, there will be various departmental cut off marks that will be set by various departments (as you can see up there). So, therefore, you should hope you can beat the cut off mark for the course you are vying for.
However, if it happened that you couldn’t secure admission this year, it is actually not the end of the world. You can still come next year with full speed (much preparations, and you will be fine)
