    I, Mr Nwazuo Chidiuto Jude was debited[#16,200] twice without reversing the first debit that did not generate ticket PNR bet the second debit, instead of once through Diamondbank POS at DANA AIRLINE Check-in counter on the 31th of March 2017.
    I’ve complained this moer than one customer care which checked and told me that the money will take 5 days and wen i called another customer she told me 7days and traveled to Aba and went to Diamondbank branch office at Ogbor-Hill Aba they gave me form to fill which i did, later i got a text that my money will be reverse to me on the 12th of April 2017, till now nothing has ben done. please kindly reverse it to me.


    I, Alimi tried to reregister on my diamond mobile app and I later got a reply that my device had been disabled. Please, help me to quickly resolve the issue. Thanks for your cooperation.
