Netcare Blaauwberg Hospital has designed its visiting hours to reflect its desire to provide top quality healthcare services in an environment that is safe, secure, and protected. The visiting times are organized so as not to disrupt the medical processes and not to disturb the rest of patients in recovery.
Despite the need for patients to recover, the hospital recognizes the benefits of visits; patients have been observed to make faster recovery when they receive love and encouragement from their families and friends.
To this end, the hospital has scheduled its visiting hours to make sure there is a balance between the two needs.
