Ground Rules For Visitors

The following are important notices; please make sure to follow these rules as they have been put in place to protect the patients.

The hospital may require you to wash your hands and wear a mask before entering the wards.

Unless otherwise stated, the hospital does not allow children below the age of 12.

Unless otherwise stated, the hospital only permits 2 visitors per patient at any given time.

Maternity and neonatal wards may only allow parents and grandparents to visit. Please check that section for specific details.

Please check in at the nurses’ station before going into the wards.

How To Go About Your Visit

The first step is to make sure that you have the proper name of the patient. That is the official/birth name; and not a nickname.

Then make sure you know the exact reason why the person is at the hospital. The reason will correspond to a ward.

Then check the chart above to find the visiting times that correspond to the wards where your loved ones might be.
