To keep the hospital safe for both patients and visitors alike, the following rules have been set for visitors.
Only Two visitors per patient at any given time during visiting hours. This is to reduce crowding.
Visitors are not allowed to eat or drink in the wards.
Please place cellphones on vibrate or silent when you enter the wards/units. Also, please do not make noise when making or receiving calls, or when carrying out any other activity on your device.
If you are visiting a person receiving care for covid-19 or any other infectious disease, the hospital staff will give you further information.
If you have to visit outside the normal visiting hours, please contact the hospital first to obtain permission.

How To Go About Your Visit
The first thing is to know what kind of treatment your loved one is receiving at the hospital. This will determine exactly what ward they are located.
You also need to know the correct name under which your loved one has been logged into the hospital.
Then you need to check through the visiting times provided above, and find the one appropriate for the ward you are visiting.
You then need to get directions to the hospital from your present location. The hospital address is: Waterville Crescent, Sunningdale, Cape Town, 7441.
At the appropriate time, show up at the hospital, and go straight to the front desk office to give them your name, and tell them who you wish to visit.
