How To Go About Your Visit
The first thing to do is to make sure you have the correct name of the patient you want to visit.
Then you need to make sure that you know the main reason they are receiving care at the hospital. The hospital is divided into wards, and the patients are put into the wards according to the treatment they are receiving.
Then you need to go through the chart above so as find the visiting hours that correspond to the ward where your loved one is receiving care.
You may need to get directions to the hospital from your present location. The hospital address is 45 St. Marks Road, Southernwood, East London, 5201 South Africa.
At the correct time, arrive at the hospital, and then go straight to the front desk. Give them your name, the name of the patient you want to see, and your relationship to the patient.
The hospital staff will give you directions. Please do not go straight into the wards; ensure you first talk to the hospital staff.
