Maternity Ward
Husband/partner is welcome to visit daily between 08h00 and 20h00, although if possible, the hospital recommends a rest period between 13h00 and 14h00 daily, which they encourage all loved ones to keep. For other family members:
Grandparents only: 11h00 – 12h00
Afternoons: 15h00 – 16h00
Evenings: 19h00 – 20h00
Only children of the patient are allowed to visit.
Neonatal ICU (NICU)
Parents: open visiting time.
Grandparents may pay a short visit to their grandchild over weekends between 15h00 and 16h00, at the discretion of the Registered Nurse in charge of the shift. Please check in with the nursing station before proceeding to the visit.
We discourage visiting by anyone who is ill, has been ill, or who has been exposed to illness in the past two weeks. Parents who are ill are to inform staff and will be provided with a mask.
Paediatric Ward

Rules For Hospital Visits
Visiting hours should be strictly adhered to; patients may be undergoing procedures or may need to rest at any time outside the assigned visiting hours.
Children who are younger than 12 years old are encouraged to wait in the reception area; and they must be accompanied by an adult.
Children who are over 12 years old, and who are in good health may visit on their own.
Please set phones to silent, and make sure that you disturb other patients with your phone or calls.
Only one visitor is allowed per session; this is to minimize noise, and the respect the privacy of the other patients in the rooms. You can make arrangements with the Unit manager or Sister in charge, for alternative arrangements.
All visitors are required to kindly report to Reception first when visiting outside of these visiting hours. Even when visiting at the scheduled visiting hours, it is still important to report to the reception, so as to find out whether the patient is able to receive visitors at the time.
Those who must visit outside the assigned visiting hours for neonatal ICU and paediatric wards must first contact the hospital.
