How To Go About Your Visit
The first thing to do is to determine the exact type of care your loved one is receiving at the hospital. That will tell you the exact ward where they are, and also tell you about the doctor treating them.
You also need to know the proper name with which your loved one has been logged into the hospital.
You then need to check the information above to see the scheduled visiting hours for the ward/treatment that your loved one is receiving.
If you have to visit outside the normal visiting hours, you have to call the hospital first.
Show up at the scheduled visiting hours, and go to the front desk. Give them your name, the name of the patient you want to visit, and your relationship to the patient.
They will then give you directions, as well as instructions. Please follow the directions.
Ground Rules For Visitors
Even though this particular hospital has not listed out specific rules guiding visitors, the following rules often apply during hospital visits to Life Healthcare facilities, and other hospitals as well.
Please keep your phone on vibrate, and do not make noise with your mobile devices. Please respect the privacy and sanctuary of the hospital for the sake of other patients.
Children under the age of 12 should be supervised by an adult. Over 12 years old, they may visit on their own.
You may be required to wear a nose mask, and to sanitize your hands upon arrival at the hospital.
If you have tested positive to covid-19, kindly wait for 7 days before visiting.
